They did a recall on 2003 impala and broke the air conditioner and would not fix the problem7

Tried twice to get an inspection: First time: I pulled in at 5:02 PM (they close at 6 PM) and asked if I could get an inspection. I was told "No, I already locked my box". I asked what time they close and was told 6 PM but again "I locked my box". Called two days later on Wed and asked if I could get an inspection at 7:30 AM the next morning when they opened. I was told "No, we do that somewhere around 8 - 5". I was able to get there at 1:41 PM and guess what - the entire shop was closed and a hand written sign on the door stating "Out to lunch" - Really? The entire shop was gone to lunch during their limited inspection time. Talk about customer service and convenience - they have none. I used to recommend them but no more and I won't try a third time to give them my business.

My daughter's car broke down on Hwy 20. Richard at Wills Point Automotive repaired the car at a reasonable price and had her back on the road quickly. I would highly recommend this business. He could have taken advantage of the situation and over charged us, but didn't. Thank you Richard!

The guys at Wills Point Automotive are AWESOME!!!! I had my car repaired there and they was honest with me and fix my car at a very reasonable price. Excellent service I would recommend this shop to anyone I know
