wonderful family owned business they are respectful, caring, and considerate, they work with many different home warranty companies also.

Alabama Air are full of nonsense.. So unprofessional,, late,,, and dishonest. They claimed to had to have ordered a part that really was not the problem. They were never able to fix the problem....After about 3 months, they still were unable to fix my air. Please don't waste your time or your money....They are warranty fraudsters!!!

These guys came to our complex to work on an ac unit of a particular owner. They proceeded to remove all of thefactory warranty stickers from every unit in the complex and stuck their own stickers on every unit, thus rendering every owner unable to contact the original installation company for any warranty work. Apparently they drive around replacing warranty stickers with their own and then never actually do warranty work, they just claim it isn't under warranty and charge the customer for repair work. These guys are backwoods country bumpkins riding around in a pickup truck looking to take advantage of any unsuspecting customers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE BOZOS!!!

I disagree with the other statement made. They were sent to my house under a home warranty. The home warranty actually sucks. The two men came out to me house. We scheduled them to be there between 9-10 that morning. He called me before 8:00 and said ma'am do you mind if we head that way now. I said oh absolutely. I wanted my air fixed. They found the problem. And sent it in to my warranty company. Warranty didn't cover the problem. He called me back said he was doing everything he can to help make them cover it but since they wouldn't he gave me a quote on his comoanies work. It was a great price. Lower than I exspected. They do financing. He was the most respectful man and he is very professional. And you can tell he loves his job and he actually wants to help people instead of just taking their money and not giving a crap wether your air is fixed it not.

This company came out under a home warranty contract to fix my malfunctioning A/C unit. They were always late, always unprofessional, and could never seem to fix the problem, despite claiming it was fixed every time. The unit would work for a few days, then break again. After going through this for about 5 months, I had another company come and look at the unit, only to find out Alabama Air had destroyed my unit by completely re-wiring it. On top of all this, they lied about it and claimed they never touched the unit's wiring. Do not under any circumstances use this company.
