We needed a plumber to help us move some plumbing from one wall to another due to some remodeling we were doing. We also needed those same plumbing pipes replaced since they were old and the opening had gotten so small over the years the water pressure suffered. Lucke plumbing did a very nice and neat job and we couldn't be happier. They were affordable and honest-we had a few estimates before choosing Lucke Plumbing and these guys sat down and explained options to us rather than just tack on additional cost with out a discussion. We were well informed and on board with the entire project and we feel confortable using Lucke plumbing again.

Can't believe I almost fell for the biggest plumbing scam ever.I called this arlington hts plumber thinking I would be saving money calling someone from out of the northshore well I was sorely mistaken.They showed me this video from a camera that supposedly went through my pipes,showing a huge root going straight through our sewer line&was the sole reason our drains were getting clogged(&needed to be rodded every yr)It was only going to get worse I was told &if I acted now, under a special DEX program they would only charge 6k to dig up my front yard.I almost took the bait but my neighbor was outside when the plumber showed up &said he found this other guy on google local &he was very happy with them.The 2nd company was LUCKE plumbing, they came out that evening.Told me they could resolve the clogging problem w/ some hydro jet something or other & would only cost me a fraction of the cost.When he used his camera, we saw obstruction, but no root what so ever. Lucke Plumbing was very responsive to our homeowner needs. They came out to view our basement water problems and gave us 2 or 3 options that all made sense. There was no pressure on their side to convinve us then to work with Lucke, yet I know after all our estimates, I will still feel the best having Lucke to the work.

Beyond bad! These guys were unreliable, didn't return phone calls from me or our GC, and had to do everything twice. Whatever they didn't do twice doesn't work. They made messes that they never cleaned up. Instead of moving clothing and an ironing board near where they were working, they thought nothing of splattering soder all over them. We added an addition, including a bathroom onto our house and our GC chose these guys. They installed radiant heat in our new bathroom -- the floor doesn't even get warm, much less heat the whole bathroom. The sewer stack in the attic was never fed through the roof, so it is releasing toxic-smelling fumes into our attic. The pipes leading to the radiator heating in one room bang so badly that they wake my children up in the morning. They bled the radiators repeatedly without fixing anything. I'm not sure exactly what happened on the day when water was streaming into the kitchen from above from the new bathroom - I never got a straight answ
