Ed, Mike and Gail now run the store that was opened in 1964 by their father Archie. Ed has been cutting meat here since 1973 and Mike and Gail joined the business in the 70's as well. Our experience is what separates us from the rest. When you walk into our immaculate shop, you will receive only top quality meats with friendly and courteous service. We appreciate our customers and it shows. That is why we are often serving the children and even grandchildren of some of our original customers!

The best standing rib I have ever had came from Norshore Meats! In fact, all of their meats - beef, veal, pork, lamb, turkey - are dynamite. Mike and the crew pay serious attention to properly trimming whatever you buy. My brother and I always grill our meats, including two 25 lb turkeys at Christmas. My extended family is devoted to this place and has been for years. Excellent quality and service.
