I had the same lady. Naseem. Previously I had 2 good hair stylists. Donna and I forgot the other women. They were there for years! Now they have 2 women that are new. I don't see the other ones anymore. They want u to pay with cash only. And they always close early. What is going on with this place????? One women who cut my hair didn't understand me. So naseem had to tell her what I was saying. Give me a break. It will probably close down soon if corporate doesn't see what's going on.

Today, October 31, 2015 at 12:10 p.m., I visited your location at 3217 Lake Avenue Suite 7c in Wilmette Illinois to get a haircut. I have been coming to this location for the past six months and have received outstanding service and have been a long time customer of Supercuts.



The stylist, I believe her name was Nassem (a Pakistani or Indian woman) asked me how I wanted my hair cut. I explained that I go with a number two on the sides and a number four on top. The same haircut I have been getting for years. She proceeded to get the clippers out, place a blade on them and forgot to add any type of guard. The next thing I knew, she had cut the right side of my head with a zero blade half way up. When I stopped her she said that she "must have forgot to add the guard". She proceeded to place a guard on, make another cut and said that she would use a number one guard to help hide her mistake.



At that point I stopped her immediately, looked at the damage she had done and told her that I was done getting a haircut. I left there with essentially two bald spots on my head caused by her inattention to her equipment, incompetency and disregard for what I had asked for. It is the actions of today that have ensured that, in no uncertain terms, I will NEVER return to Supercuts and further, never recommend Supercuts to friends, family or business associates. Additionally, I had to go and seek another salon to fix the damage your staff caused resulting in a significant change in my hairstyle.
