No customer service. Very rude, not people friendly. They make and add additional to what contract already states. I do not recommend using.

I used them for party rentals back in March and had no problems. They dropped everything off then picked everything back up the next day. No problem.



I went back this week for tables, and they decided to add a deposit of $100. Didn't do that before, but ok- maybe changed their policy. I needed the tables early, so I offered to get them myself. I made it clear to the man that HE would have to pick them up Monday. I would NOT be able to bring the tables back. Sure, fine- HE would get them. I call Monday morning, and now he claims that he never said that.



The man claims that they "DON'T DELIVER OR RETRIEVE RENTALS, EVER!!" That they charge an extra $20 for delivery. This of course AFTER you get the rentals.



Bottom line- they LIE about delivery and pick up. Then tack on an EXTRA CHARGE after you get the rentals and you're stuck.
