When i walked in and talked to the workers i got this feeling that does not exist in businesses anymore. They did not pressure to sell me anything. This is the shop where u can go in and get the work you need done without them trying to sell u anything extra... workers are super friendly. Work well done, no pressure, and excellent employees, there is nothing better than that.

I work on cars as a hobby. I have gone to Monster Muffler (formerly Avalon Muffler) a few times in the past and they are consistantly fair and honest. The quality of the work is excellent. I can't say enough good things about them. Very professional.

I went to other shops around.All they wanted was to sell me something I didn't need because I 'm a woman.Allen the owner was so helpful.Another thing that was really nice.It's a family business.His wife Veronica was there answering the phone and taking care of the custormers.They have a real nice waiting room. It's clean and confortable. It seems to me that Allen won't sell you something you don't need. Now days that's refreshing. I will tell people about their shop.It was great.
