This company has the worst service ethics in the industry. Where we load, we are told we have an appointment, but when we get to South Bay Logistic, your appointment is disregarded based on the preference the owner has for some drives who bring him food and drinks. I was told by another driver that if I wanted my appointment to be respected, I must bring the guy unloading at least a 6 pack of beers. Horrible way of conducting business.
