I put a review under the other listing, this place puts hair in their food.

Not too crazy about the pizza, although its ok. I LOVE that when I ask for double extra cheese on my cheesesteak, I ACTUALLY GET IT! Those chain restaurants charge you for the xtras but you just don't get what you pay for. At ALPHA PIZZA you get what you pay for and then some. The prices are great and the food is terrific! I will keep coming back....my waist probably wont like it much but my tastebud will :)

I go here all the time! Great food and service! Arcade games make the wait fly by! I highly recommend going here for a slice and a coke.

I saw a couple 1 star reviews for this pizza shop and i thought i would mention that Alpha pizza has been under new management since this reviews were made. The new management is very friendly and the food is great. I go there all the time and am always pleased with the service and food i receive.

Personally, I'd have to say Alpha Pizza is one of the best local pizza joints in the Newport area. Their pizza is absolutely exceptional with it's thick crust and delectable sauce. Not to mention, the woman who works the counter, who I believe is the owner, is extremely personable which makes the whole experience that much better. Being a huge pizza fan, I haven't tried anything else on the Alpha menu except for their pizza; but the only reason I go to a pizza shop is for some slices of pizza. For a first timer, I'd recommend grabbing a personal pizza, which isn't too personal if it's judged by it's size, but it only runs a tab of five dollars which is a fantastic deal. 5 Stars.

It's a shame that A star is required for a review. Our office relocated right next store, and we were excited to have a place so close. The first thing I ordered were the wings, they were okay but the blu cheese that came with it was an absolute disgrace...it was like water. I ate two wings then wanted to vomit cause I couldn't stop looking at the blu cheese. Shortly after a co worker of mine ignored my advice and ordered a Turkey Hoagie for herself and I buckled and ordered an italian one for myself. Her's had a hair in. The woman working behind the counter asked her to bring it back, and was upset to find out that my co worker had actually ate half of it and told her not to bother bringing it back...makes me wonder if they were going to give to somebody else. The woman behind the counter also thought it was appropriate to comment that the Turkey Hoagie was the most expensive thing we ordered, as if we were trying to rip her off. There's something wrong with their Mayo too, it tastes an awful lot like Mircle Whip.
