In my 15 years of car parts and services, Autozone provided me beyond excellent services and it was given by a manager and not just a representative, I thought it was just a rear turn signal, but the manager discovered that it wasn't, took the time to discover the problem and took out a bulb to find out that it wasn't that either after going back into the store to test it. Inserted back the front bulb and extracted another bulb and that was the culprit and replaced it with the new bulb I had purchased there. With ethics, I tried to tip him but it's store policy to not take any tips and it's their job to help the customers, if only every stores out there have that policy, like Pep Boys! You will get more than a sale, you will be satisfied beyond the norm.
