I’m a resident here and Harvey was a sweet man but doesn’t work here anymore , The new workers are doing the best that they can and the place is very well maintained .I wish that residents were allowed to join board meetings so that if there were ever an issue we can also have it resolved and in case the unit owner where we reside isn’t properly explaining the updated rules .I also would like to say that Management and the office has recently made it very pleasant to reside here again with the recent changes and construction. I’m actually looking forward now to purchase a unit of my own eventually.

Hello I rented here and didn't last 3 months. The front desk guard Harvey is the most gossip man I ever seen. He knows everybody business. The staff turnover is a revolving door thanks to him bad mouthing all the new employees. It's another 1401 for sure. He even bad mouth the sweet manager and the tenants who don't tip him.....Just Sad

At one time this was very distinguished address. In passed years the new Management of condo owners have never placed a cap on the number of units that can become rentals. Hence, the Devon is becoming another 1401 pennsylvania avenue building.

Large apartments are being rented out to tenents who then rent rooms within the units to other un-related individuals.

Movers and trucks back up to this building all day and night, moving people in and out. The management does not enforce its own house rules about moving days, times, and notices to reserve the freight elevator.

I've even witnessed people moving furniture and boxes through the front door lobby.

The security guards are simply lobby guards. They buzz total strangers in the building when in fact they should be using the house phone between the entry doors. If you merely an invester to buy and rent, then this is your bldg. But, if you have sold you private residence and wish to purchase a unit in this bldg for

retirement, you nay be disappointed in what you find at the Devon. Good luck.
