Worst company I have ever dealt with as far as accommodating the consumer. Do not sign any contracts. If you opt out early you will be billed. I had a contract for heating and air conditioning which I paid for in advance and then decided to go with another company because it was less expensive. I had more than 9 months left on all contracts and they charged me approximately $300 to cancel my contract. Where is the justice. They gouge you for all they can get.. Buy oil month to month as you need it. Signing a contract will hold you to their agreement even if oil prices plummet. Customer service does not care if you have been a customer for over 20 years. Very disrespectful and arrogant. Do not even bother calling this company. Even with contracts for maintenance, which was at least $300 for heating and close to $500 for air conditioning maintenance per year, I had to wait 6 months for them to inspect my units. Not worth the aggravation or the insolence. Linda Barry
