I have never had a more disappointing, awful and just outright unacceptable experience. To make too long of a story short, they messed up my engagement ring TWICE. They had placed the center stone on the wrong prongs. When I explained this to the jeweler, he was so rude. My center stone was also off-center, and when I told him that, he snidely replied "I wasn't looking that closely." After it was "fixed" a week and a half later, one of my prongs broke!!! I hadn't even had the ring for 3 WKS. Took it back in AGAIN, the assistant manager was shocked that it had broken and knew exactly which jeweler it was. Had it fixed (again) by different jeweler. Sat down with GM next day to express concerns, she pretty much laughed in my face & said she couldn't do anything. She never even apologized or took any responsibility for her staff!! There's so much more to the story, & for that reason I am writing this WARNING to please not go here. Terrible customer service. They just don't care.
