Let me tell you that price is not everything and quality workmanship is everything. Please do not be enticed by the low prices that by the way change every time John opens his mouth. Ladies let me tell you that the length of your skirt or cup size can work wonders if you are willing to negotiate the price. I allegedly had a water pump replaced at Johns' shop 1 year later I had the factory installed water pump replaced at another shop. So what pray tell happened to the water pump that needed to be replaced?????? Better yet what happened to the water pump I purchased and gave to John?????? This man is crooked and should not be trusted at all. Lets also be sure that even a simple oil change can not be trusted at all. I have been burned by the best!!! And to think I used to trust all of my service to John. I am afraid to learn what he may have replaced and not replaced and charged me for. If you are like me you put your family in your car and expect for it to be safe. Plaese do not put your family at risk. Pay the few extra dollars!!! Listen to the many because they all have stories of how John has gotten over on them. Wilmington is very small so ask around about John I am sure you will hear stories far worst than mine. Save yourself the aggravation and money try Albrights in Wilmington or Jacks in New Castle they both do sound honest work and will limit themselves to doing work that you need done. Not work that you don't need. These are the people I trust with my car anyday. If John has to fix it call Dart!!!!!
