My family rents from Matthews every year! This year was my Last sons prom! Matthews has provided tuxedos for my sons every year since 2004!! We have had wonderful service every time. My boys looked picture perfect, the staff from Matthews accommodated to my picky son's and their specific styles and needs to look their best. A happy son equals a happy mom! Matthews is very easy and takes the stress of proms away!! Thank you so much Matthews, we may be done with proms but you bet I will be coming back for weddings!!

DO NOT RENT FROM MATTHEWS! The quality of their goods is awful.. Here's a short list of issues with a previous rental:



Shoes fell apart at the event. Sole came unglued from the shoe causing a fall down a flight of stairs.



Tuxedo pants were cleaned with trash and previous pocket contents left inside. (Ever seen a candy cane after it was dry cleaned in a pants pocket?)



Suit was coming apart at the seems.



When I approached the employees about the issues I was met with terrible Customer Service and no understanding.
