Bait and switch! Beware of the false claims made to sucker you into a purchase. We bought a very expensive mattress set that was very comfortable in the store. The Simmons, top of the line, set that was delivered was as hard as plywood. Exchanges are almost impossible - until I challenged the charge on my credit card. They exchanged the mattress today but only for the same thing - hard as a rock. According to the manager at the store, who is of no help, if we pay another $800-1000 to "upgrade" she will accommodate an exchange. This store is untrustworthy, underhanded and impossible to deal with. Make sure you buy a mattress from a reputable place with a valid 30 day return policy. Mattress Warehouse's return policy doesn't exist in real life. Do not go here. Terrible!
