Provided by YP.comThis place is useless. 4 times I have requested an appointment (both via on line and leaving a message). I only had someone return my call and tell me they would call me back within two weeks and schedule. That was over a month ago. It's sad when your child needs help and the professionals won't even call you back.

Provided by YPmobileLOVE Dr. Clarkson. HATE the non-dr. staff members. Like the commenter before me, its impossible to get ahold of the place. I got to the point where I waited TWO WEEKS for my prescription to be approved before I walked in there. The Dr. was angry that they hadnt gotten back to me. To be honest, she acted as if they were always doing stuff like that. I changed my insurance and paid the new copay for multiple visits, but went in one day to find that I had 'expired insurance' and a back balance. When I tried to explain that I'd already used my new insurance there, the receptionist simply handed me a phone number to the billing department, clearly annoyed. She also said to another staff member "get rid of him", regarding a patient that was on the phone. This place sucks, but I've kept coming here for 10+ years for Dr. Clarkson. She needs to go to another practice :(

Provided by YPmobileI like Dr Clarkson but I am tired of waiting over 45 minutes after my appointment times. The girls at the desk are rude and if you need a prescription it takes forever to get it. Wish Dr Clarkson was with a better practice. Think its time to look elsewhere.

Provided by YP.com***If anyone is considering this doctor, I implore you to please read my experience first.***
My experience with Dr. Broudy was less than satisfactory. As others have mentioned, he is arrogant and condescending. Every time I mentioned any side effects I was having, he immediately dismissed them, to the point where he’d tell me they weren’t even possible side effects, even though they were officially listed as side effects for that medication. When I pointed this out he had nothing to say, just brushed it off, apparently his pride is more valuable to him than my health. This even included side effects that were potentially life threatening (partial seizures, which he claims do not exist. But they do, and I will never forget how frightening they were. Look it up). Despite his apparent lack of knowledge regarding side effects, he is all too eager to prescribe more and more medication for you to take.
He had the nerve to ask me when I was going to ‘get a real job’ simply because he didn’t understand my explanation of the business I was starting (I am opening a store online). He also asked me, very condescendingly, if I ‘knew how to use a bus’. He also raised his voice at my dad when he could have gotten his point across more effectively by handling it professionally.
But this is by far the worst part. He recommended a ‘private school’ to me that I tried, because he talked so highly of it and made it sound like it was the perfect match for me. It was the worst experience of my life. That place was NOT a school. I don’t know what it is, I have talked to many others who have survived it and they agree it’s more like a cult than anything. I witnessed and experienced some pretty messed up things there and even though it’s been over a year since I left, I am still haunted by flashbacks and nightmares, my depression and anxiety have gotten MUCH worse. In fact, the reason I left was because the “matriarch” screamed at me and cussed me out for taking time out to go to Dr. Broudy’s appointments. They (the staff) would also bully students relentlessly who took any kind of psychiatric medication. And yet, Dr. Brody recommended them??
I told him of my experiences and he said that the other kids he sent there were doing well. I have met some of those kids and they are, in fact, not doing well at all. Sending troubled teens with drug, depression, educational and family problems to a place that exacerbates all of those problems to the extreme is not right. I will not go into what all happened there but this is NOT a place you send ANYONE, ‘sane’ or not, PERIOD. I can’t believe he admitted that he had never even visited this place or really knew anything about it. When I told him I could no longer see him if he continued to send people there, he raised his voice at me, he actually yelled at me and seemed to completely misunderstand what I was saying.
I do not blame him for all of the bad things that happened to me, but he was certainly indirectly responsible for sending me somewhere he knew nothing about. I don’t hate him as this review might imply, I just think that he needs to work on his own personality flaws before trying to work on others, and anyone seeing him should proceed with caution and never, ever, EVER go to any school he recommends. It’s ruined over a year of my life and the lives of people I love, and I would never wish that on anyone.
