I was impressed by the amazing decor the moment i walked through the door. The salon has a very upscale atmosphere without pretension yet a relaxing, casual undertone remained with me after I left the establishment. My shampoo treatment was amazing followed by a deep conditioning under the hair steamer. I absolutely loved my style after it was complete and I left with a boost in my mood and self confidence. I proudly recommend Bliss Elements to everyone!

I love Bliss Elements!! Not only do they provide excellent service (my hair is in the best shape it has ever been in my entire life and I receive countless comments on the style, texture, color, and cut of my hair from men, women, kids, strangers, etc on a regular basis) but they are also earth friendly (the only green salon in Delaware) and diverse in terms of their clientele, staff, and services. I can come in and get my hair and nails done, have a massage and facial, or not and have a glass of wine, cup of tea or a snack while doing so! The ambiance and style of the salon is amazing. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable, and nicely organized. Considering the quality of services, space, and professionalism of the staff the prices are very reasonable. I could easily imagine spending at least 2x more than what I pay for the services I receive. I live in Philly and I commute to and from Delaware to have my hair done at Bliss and I wouldn't change it for anything! As to the prior review, to rate this establishment with one star simply b/c it is not the establishment you were seeking is actually misleading. This reviewer never received a service to rate and I'm certain that the Bliss Elements staff was professional and welcoming in either offering a comparable service or directing her to where she needed to go. I am an attorney and I can assure you that the word "bliss" is not trademarked or owned by the salon the reviewer is referring to and therefore, it is free to be used in a complete name of yet another separate establishment. The names are not identical and the services are not the exact same. Pay attention to what you want, where you are going and don't blame a very well established business for your mix up and mislead prospective client's b/c of your mistake and irritation at yourself. In conclusion, I would recommend Bliss Elements Salon to anyone!

I have been to Bliss spa in newark delaware before, a few years ago and i called booked appt and did not relize this was NOT the Bliss i was looking for until my gps took me to wilmington. This is very confusing to have two spas on the same road with the same name. The Bliss i was looking for was Bliss Unisex Day spa in newark, they have been there for a long time and i dont believe it is fair to them that this other bliss is able to open up useing such a similar name. So to all looking for Bliss, Make sure you have the correct spa when calling!!!!!! I did finally get my appt where i wanted to be and it was fabulous as always....There website is spa-bliss.com
