I have been traveling all over the world. Chinese dumplings are my favorite food.



Dumpling House's pan-fried dumplings (pot-stickers) are the best I have ever had. Those pan-fried dumplings are crispy on the bottom, soft on the top, and very juicy inside. I was really astounded when I took the first bite... it was so juicy, so fresh, and so delicious... I nearly swallowed my tongue.



The pork skew I ordered was simply unbelievable!!! I would never imagine that a pork dish could be cooked so well. The pork fat was cooked perfectly blended into the meat... the chef has brought out all the flavors a pork dish could have provided, the aroma is so amazing, I could even smell it in my dream.



Their veggie spring rolls and shrimp wonton soup are also very unique and delicious... those are not the "big, clumsy, and tasteless" spring rolls and wontons provided in regular Chinese restaurants. Dumpling House has used thin wraps for their spring rolls and wontons. The spring rolls are very crispy outside and very tender and juicy inside. I am a meat lover, but I still enjoy their veggie spring rolls a lot. The ingredients are very tasty even without meat. The wonton soup is absolutely wonderful. The wraps are thin and smooth; the ingredients are tasty and fresh; the soup is flavorful and delightful. I did not taste any MSG and I believe the soup must have been cooked using pork bones. In fact, I was quite positive that they didn't use MSG in their dishes. I knew that because whenever I had MSG, I felt very thirsty and sometimes had headaches. I did not have any MSG Symptoms at all when I dined there.



They have done a fantastic job preparing gourmet Chinese dishes. I will definitely dine there again whenever I go to Delaware. It is an outstanding Chinese restaurant. They got good food, healthy ingredients, great price, and a nice and cosy dining environment. My two thumbs up!!!
