Sales staff rarely reurns phone calls. Sales Manager Mr. Svick never returns phone calls. If you want to be treated like a Ford or Hyundai buyer and want to pay $1,000. $5,000. more for your cars with minimal sales support than you have found your place to buy a new BMW. I am amazed BMW has franchised this auto dealer to represent a high line auto with such low class low line arrogant sevice from the sales team. The sales people are very inflexable in a very slow auto market of 2008. I guess they like seeing thier lot full of unsold cars. I would try www.ottosbmw.com or www.bmwmainline.com or http://www.devonhillbmw.com/ Thats if you want a great price and great service you would expect when you buy your performance or luxury BMW. these guys are so far behind the times in customer service it's shamefull.
