Provided by YP.comFor the third time in a year after tracking my packages it says delivered. Never got any of them. Called this so called post office many times. The supervisor (?) Lee, I have talked to him until I turned blue in the face, does nothing. Says he will investigate and get back to me. Never does! Went down there in person and asked for him. After 5 minutes . he stuck his head around the corner and said " What do you need? Did not have the courtesy of walking 8 feet over to the counter to speak to me. I said I need you to walk over here and talk to me! Ever time I call down there I get idle promises, not one has been carried out. They always have an alibi. Three packages in about a year, said delivered, never got any of them. Called the postmaster.
same thing. Wrote a letter to the regional office in Bridgeton N.J. that is supposed to deal with this sort of thing. Never even got back to me. I'll tell you, these clowns are in the union and they know no one is going to do anything to them, because the people above them could care less as well. These packages were all scanned at the time he was here on that day, so he had them in his hand. One of my neighbors told me that the same thing happened to her. These were all expensive items. The place that you bought it from is surely not going to reimburse any one when they see the package tracking says delivered. No one cares about anything at this office. It is not the only Post office that is like this, it is about the same everywhere. They know that whatever they do nothing will happen to them.

Provided by YPmobileThis post offices used to be my favorite place , but not anymore ! Recently I went there to send stuff home , and I was using priority mail service. The lady refused to tape the top part of the box for me!!! Telling me I have to purchase tape or take it home , tape it , then come back. I was shocked! I don't thing a piece of tape was make such a big deal! I toll her that I don't have the priority box at home , I wasn't aware of that, and I didn't bring tape with me , can she do it this time. She still said "NO". My face turn red. I think she was being mean so I ask to talk with the supervisor , and he suggested me go to the dollar store and buy tape! Really! I was very upset and dissappointed with the way I was been treated. I used this services before , and I don't remember anyone ever refused to tape the top part of the box for me. It's not about I can't purchase a pack of tape, this is about how you ,as a human treat other. I always been taught to treat other the way how you wanna be treated! I guest , people don't have a Heart anymore! Who would treat customer like that. I understand that post office have to cut back , but really a piece of tape !!!! I just don't get it. But One thing that I know for sure , that I will not come back here , and I won't use their services anymore. Good luck !
