Wish I could Leave 0 stars. Bought a brand new Whirlpool washer and dryer last month after 3 weeks of use dryer would not turn on. Called Whirlpool and they made an appointment with Video Tech or At You Service what ever name they decide to call them self. Tech showed up following week and had to order parts. Following week showed up put in parts and still not working. Tech said it needs a new board and the part is in stock in White Marsh and someone will be picking up the part that day and he would be back the next day to install them. He did not show up in the AM so I called office and a very rude lady answered the phone I told her that no one had showed up this morning and she looked up my account and said parts were just order this morning and take 5-7 days to come in then someone would call and schedule a service call. I explained the tech told me the parts would be in today and she said I must of misunderstood the tech and insisted tech never said that. I told her when Tech was there yesterday I had to help him life dryer off washer (Stack Units) and when he left he asked if we could leave the dryer on the floor since he would be back in am. Now I have a dryer sitting blocking my access to back door and 3 weeks of dirty laundry waiting for parts. I asked the Rude Lady to speak to a supervisor and she informed me she was the Manager. She said if I have an issue with the service call I would have to call the Tech direct and she gave me a phone number for him. I have called number for last hour and it rings 5 times then I get a message person is unavailable and no voice mail is set up and the phone hangs up.
