TERRIBLE! The overall move went well until a day after being in our new house my son realized that is playstation 4 was missing. We searched high and low multiple times before contacting Ed and Rachel (owners). They were very dismissive and not helpful at all. Later I find Wilmington Moving and Storage is NOT a LICENSED BUSINESS and they are not registered with the BBB. Unfortunately we are not pursing legal action for theft. I knew to move my PC and laptop and jewelry myself, but as an adult did not think that the playstation would be of such great value to a few thugs who showed up with the owner and his son on moving day. Lesson learned on my part for next time. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, they steal and WILL NOT work with you at all to rectify the situation. Do your research first.
