I ordered online and the site ...

I ordered online and the site said it would be ready for pick up at 6:17, I made 2 orders to use the deals I needed. When I got there I found out that one of my orders was skipped all together, instead of waiting the hour I would have to wait for them to make the other order I just paid for the one that did go through. I was told it was being pulled out of the oven, this must not have been the cases for I ended up waiting for an hour.

There were about 15 or so people working there, none with a hair net, there was a pile of pizzas on the floor that people just stepped over. I understand that they were busy and that things can get neglected but that was ridicules.
