Mike did an amazing job re-installing new tile in my bathroom. He also cleaned the tile in my kitchen and made it look new again. Can't wait to get them back to do my other bathroom. They were recommended to be my as friend and I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall experience with Veterans Tile is superb work. Mike did a wonderful job on my shower. All my friends and family can not believe the transformation in my bathroom. I would recommend them anytime.

horrible, horrible work. He did such a horrible job of replacing tile (floor now has up and down tiles) replaced a wax wing causing a flood resulting in massive damage to our house. Called him immediately and he does not stand behind his work. We had to call another contractor. And the best part is he has to write your check to his wife. I had to select one star to submit this review but Michael Ingalls does not deserve even one star.

It's ironic how these reviews are similar. They have to use anonymous names. I am the owner and when I find out who these people are I will be filing charges with the State's Attorneys office.

OMG owner came to my house and his work was horrible and he created more work and $$ for me. Wish I would have checked him out first. BBB rating is F. Have to hire another contractor now. He used to take all forms of payment but cash only now. I wonder why.

Stay away!!! Terrible customer service. Owner re-grouted my mom's bathroom the wrong color, took her money, said he'd come back to fix the problem that he caused & never came back.

completely unreliable, doesn't show for appointments, doesn't call or return calls, would never use them again!
