Hearing Aid Maintenance Tips:
* Always place the battery with the plus side (+) towards you corresponding to the plus (+) marking on the hearing aid. If you have trouble closing the battery drawer, check whether the battery is placed correctly.
* Do not wear your hearing aid in the shower or when swimming, or when using a hair dryer, hair spray, or other sprays and lotions.
* Handle your hearing aid with care.
* Keep your hearing aid in a storage case when you are not wearing it and store it in a dry place at room temperature, out of the reach of children or pets.
* Never expose a hearing aid to extreme temperatures or high humidity.
* Switch off the hearing aid when it is not used. If you do not need it for some time, you should remove the battery.
* Widex hearing aids are not certified for use in mines or other explosive areas.

Provided by YP.comThese people are wonderful. When my 98 year old Mom had repairs done to her hearing aids, her audiologist would personally make a home visit to be sure everything was working well. When it was time for us to get our own hearing aids, we always got the best service & solutions that best fit our needs.
