I had a great expierence. My bumper had been ripped off by a snow bank and I brought it right to b&l. They had my car fixed within only 5 days and fixed something else that was wrong in addition to my bumper all within my quoted price. They actually cared and didn't try and rip me off which was amazing. I recommend this body shop to anyone who likes to be taken care of.

The place was great: the car was ready earlier than promised and the price was as quoted. They even fixed a light that was broken for free! Friendly and personable service from the owner Lance. I'd go back here in a minute.

If you want to avoid your car coming out worse than it went in you'll do the smart thing & not go here. The man is a scam artist! I've been in two accidents in my brand new car first time I got it fixed was here (years ago) & they did a horrid job. It came out with scratches all over the exterior, the inside was filthy, the alignment wasn't straight, he even charged me an extra hundred dollars which I didn't realize until month later, not to mention he took more than a month fixing it. So I just got my car back from getting fixed from a recent accident today and the mechanic told me he took the bumper off my car because he was fixing the paint on it because it was scratched. He told me once he removed it he saw all the damage that still sat there from my accident years ago. You can imagine my rage when remembering him asking my insurance company for more money and took weeks to fix it just to find out years later it was never even fixed!! This place is horrible!! Even if they do a good job on your exterior (which they did not on mine) I wouldn't go on believing your car is perfectly fixed. DO NOT GO HERE BY ANY MEANS!
