I am rating Northeast Executive Car Service zero stars for poor customer service and unreliability. I recently had an international flight arriving at Logan Airport. I traveled from Basel Switzerland to Amsterdam to Boston. My pick up via Northeast Executive Car Service was confirmed at noon the day of arrival. I arrived into Logan and exited customs at 615 pm. There was no representative from Northeast. Upon waiting at the limo pick up area across the street from the terminal and calling Northeast 20 times, leaving 3 voice mail messages; texting and walking around the packing lot several times to ensure they were not there, I had to call a friend to pick me up. Northeast left me stranded at the airport and was not available when I tried to contact them to inquire if anyone was picking me up. I later received a reply text with an excuse from Northeast about why the driver did not show up and they were not reachable. At the very least I would have expected a personal phone call the next available day. I would highly recommend NOT using this company.
