Chuck really cares!!

After I developed thyroid cancer, I found my weight skyrocketing. I gained even more weight after the cancer was treated. I believed that the weight would just drop off after treatment, but that was not the case. This was extremely frustrating and I felt hopelessly unaable to lose any weight. Before I worked out with Chuck, I had used a personal trainer in the past who charged $100 per hour. I got nowhere with that expensive trainer - it was a waste of time and money. Chuck tailors the workout to me as an individual, rather than assuming what I can do based on my age and weight. He really listens to my needs and at the same time, motivates me when I need a push. He is also a really good person who truly cares about his clients. I have lost both weight and inches since working out with Chuck and I feel great.
