DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use Rich Carbone and Carbone Construction. He

gave me a million excuses for delays and not finishing work on time. And, he

repeatedly begged to be paid early. But, because when he finally did the

work it was good quality, I foolishly paid him in full before he completed

my sun-room. The only thing he had left to do was the screens for my

sun-room and he promised me he had them in his possession and would install

them in the next few days. Unfortunately, his word is worthless. After weeks

and months of countless excuses, some which were pure fabrications, he never

installed my screens. I caught him in a lie when I contacted the screen

subcontractor he "claimed" he was using and found out he never even talked

to the guy. I made the arrangements myself with the screen guy and told

Carbone the price and the date the screens would be installed. Carbone never

contacted or paid the screen guy and I paid for the screens (again) myself.

After repeated requests, Carbone has not paid me for the screens or even

contacted me. I found out that I'm not the only customer to have had these

experiences with Carbone. Many of my neighbors in Waterford and Magnolia

Greens have had similar or WORSE experiences with Carbone. Do yourself a

favor, and stay away from this guy! He has no integrity.
