Mr. Cole is a very well respected attorney for good reason and I would not hesitate to hire him again if I ever needed an attorney for any issue that his practice handles. He was professional and showed a kind, compassionate interest in my situation, which is not necessarily always the case with successful attorneys. His manner toward me was never anything but respectful and, most importantly to me, he handled my case personally rather than passing it off to an assistant to do the leg work and because of that he knew the particulars of my case inside and out when it was time to go before the Judge. He didn't have to waste the Judge's time and search through some assistant's notes to find answers to questions asked by the Judge. He was ready with an answer as soon as the question was asked and only checked his notes maybe twice to confirm specific dates of issues in question. He won my case, which wasn't easy, and I appreciate not only his hard work and successful outcome, but also his professional and respectful attitude toward me. I have the highest regard for his work and would not hesitate the slightest to recommend him.
