None as of Yet.. I Was Referred To Archers Appliances.

I reached out to Archers from Richlands after the used fridge I purchased the night before wasn't working. I called them while in route - it was a few minutes after 4pm. Closing time is 5pm.
I let them know I was in route, needed to leave them with a side by side refrigerator. I wasn't sure if I would make it by closing.
THEY WAITED FOR me. At 5 pm Archers called me I was 12 miles away.
They stayed and waited for me and got my truck loaded up.
That's the epitome of customer service.
Way to go Archers!!

Archer Appliance charged us $75 for the initial service call to fix our dryer, saying that it would cover any labor costs if they had to order a part for repair. He did not have the heating element on hand to fix the issue. He could not give us an estimate as to how much the part would be. We heard from them late the next day, saying it would be $150 for the part. We had called a local supplier and the element was only $94 (not after market either- it was a genuine Electrolux part, and was right here in Wilmington- no shipping costs). Archer's would not lower the quoted part price, and refused to even give us the part number. It was weird. The technician had showed late, used the wrong bits to take apart the dryer, and did not reattach the belt when he was done. My husband fixed the dryer himself with the element from Cashwell's Appliance. They also were very nasty and rude on the phone when we called to request our money back. I would not recommend them, and will not call again.

I was about to trash an old flat screen that I had in a spare bedroom at the beach. There was a problem with the cable connection that had already been "fixed" by another company. At the last minute I took it by Archer's and left it with Harry. He had it fixed within 24 hours and it is now working better than ever. Harry even called me back a couple of days later to make sure everything was still okay. Harry is the kind of person I like to deal with and if I ever have any problems with a TV again (either at home or at the beach), I'll go see Harry again for sure.

The company showed up right on time and the technician was very knowledgeable and kind. It turns out that my dishwasher worked when he showed up even though I hadn't been able to run it without the lights flashing. He told me I should clean the dishwasher out with a bowl of vinegar that maybe the sensors had gotten dirty. The only reason I don't give them a five star is because they still charged the $75 service fee though they advertise no service fee. I realize they have to get paid, unfortunately all the repair companies over charge their service call. I personally think a $40.00 charge would cover the time when no repair is needed. I would call them again.

Did a great job repairing my 7 year old Samsung Plasma TV at his shop. Works like a champ again!

Steve showed up and fixed my $2500.00 fridge/freezer in less than 1/2 hour. for less than $80.00. They do NOT charge for a service call like the $99.00 other companies do, then turn around & charge you another $99.00 + parts. That is a rip-off as I see it. ARCHERS is the only people I'll call from now on.

Avoid at all costs. They will lie to you about the parts they use, not show up repeatedly when they are supposed to and do not stand behind the repairs they do.

Harry at Archers T.V. Repair just fixed my LCD T.V. and did it quickly and saved me money and from having to purchase a new one. I would highly recommed Archers T.V. Repair to anyone needing to have a T.V.fixed. Thank you!

Called several repair businesses and Chip at Archer's Appliance was the only one who could come the same day and turned out to be the cheapest! Garage freezer wasn't working and I was terrified that I would lose all my food! Made me a priority, very professional, and even called back to follow up the next morning. Would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

As a single mom, I was worried about trusting someone to come into my home and not feel taken advantage of when my refrigerator needed repair. However, I could not have been happier with the service that I received with Archer's. The area repairman (Chip) showed up on time, did not charge a service call fee and quickly fixed my refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. My refrigerator works like new and it didn't cost me nearly as much as I expected. Thanks for the great service....I will definitely use this company again!

My washer was making a funny noise and started to leak. I called around to get price quotes and Archer's was the only one that doesn't charge for a service call!! Not only that, they were available that same day!! It was a quick and easy repair and saved me time and money!! I will be calling them for my future repairs! Highly recommended!! Thank you!

My dryer stopped working so I called around and Archer's was the only company that didn't charge for the initial service call. He arrived on time and took one look at the dryer and knew what the problem was and he was able to fix the dryer right then. Great service!!

The fan on my fridge was broken; Chip with Archer TV & Appliance was there on time and didn't charge for the service call. He was quick and the parts were very affordable.
