Mike did a great job of getting me the best deal. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The leather furniture that I bought is of the highest quality. No need to look at any other furniture stores… Ashley's has the best quality, the best prices, and the staff is the friendliest of anywhere.

Worse customer service ever... delayed delivery and then charged another customer's furniture to our bank account!!! My son a medically retired Veteran is still waiting for his furniture to be delivered and it has been almost a month!!! He has severe nerve damage and is sitting in bean bags waiting on the furniture to be delivered as "Promised "... Ashley in Wilmington is horrible as soon as you sign the sale paper they forget who you are.

Cannot cancel orders you have not received.

If you place an order, you have to wait a while for it to be delivered. No surprise there.

If something comes up suddenly and you can no longer afford the few thousand dollars you spent on the furniture you still haven't received, you're out of luck. You cannot cancel your order even though you have not received any of the things that you purchased.

I assumed when signing that the whole all sales are final, no refunds jargon implied you couldn't return or exchange furniture after the sale had been completed. After all, nobody wants to buy used furniture at new prices. But apparently the policy considers the transaction completed as soon as you sign off on the order even though you've NEVER RECEIVED YOUR EQUIPMENT.

Terrible awful policy. Very likely would have gone back at some point in the future to buy the set we wanted to cancel and even more likely might have continued using their services for the next 60 or so years my wife and I will probably be buying furniture. Instead, we'll have to learn to love the furniture we can't afford and never ever ever shop at this store again for being so completely illogical regarding such a simple request.

Terrible customer service. Lied about calling me, damaged goods, delays in delivery. No credits for inconvenience, offered coupon for instore purchase but not needed, because I would never buy from them again.

This store gets people in by the false pretense of sales.. Their prices are marked up, then you negotiate the price.. If they were more realistic in prices you wouldn't need the sales person to go back and forth to work a price for you.. Come in expecting a sales pitch.. have a price in mind you are willing to pay and don't budge..
