Our office accepts most dental insurance plans. We have convenient 7am, lunchtime, and Friday appointments. New patients and referrals are always welcome. We are located in Historic Downtown Wilmington, NC on the corner of 5th and Chestnut streets.

Provided by YP.comI've always hated going to the dentist, worse than most people. When I was in dire need of dental care, my sister recommended Brush Dental, as she has a friend working there. Now I do, too. Everybody has made it easy and not uncomfortable to just get my teeth cared for. Thanks.

Provided by SuperpagesThe office is super clean, the wait time was less than 10 min. and Dr. Farrell and his staff made my husband and I feel very comfortable.....something unusual for a dentist visit. They are friendly, efficient and honest! I had a cracked tooth that needed immediate attention, and even though I was a new patient they fit me right in to their schedule. I highly recommend them! A+
