I had a very bad experience took 09 cascadia for pm , rear trans seal and check clutch fan , after 9 days said need fan selonoid ordered 3 days later told that not fix it now need new fan clutch, 2 more days said it ready, paid 1900 bucks went to pull out 50 ft truck quit no shift . after 9 hours in healthy waiting area ,no fix trying to sell me xy shifter and computer control mod. Thousands of dollars , they argued cursed and raised there voice several times in this process ,have no knolage how to work on a auto shift transmission, parts swappers , very rude and disrespectful crew . I finally towed my truck to freightliner , also found they failed to grease my truck and striped fuel filter cover air leak , and they banged up a sensor on the transmission causing this problem. Stay clear of these grease monkeys, or ass monkeys .
