One of the worst places I've ever lived!!! Sure the price is great, but the neighborhood is less than satisfying. It's always loud, people are not considerate. I was in college when I lived there but I would be woken up at all hours of the night by neighbors and drunk annoying people outside. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the people above you all the time, and they are not very pet friendly. The leasing consultants would randomly come in to check on things, even came into my bedroom once while I was napping after I didn't answer the door. They say you have assigned spots and others will be towed if they park there but that's a lie. My upstairs neighbors would always park in my spot and the security guard did nothing about it. They lie to get you to move in and then don't care about you. When I moved out they tried to stick me with a bunch of b.s charges to basically take my security deposit. Whatever you do, avoid this place! Even though it looks awesome at first it's awful.
