Their "customer service" needs serious improvement. Phone manner is absolutely horrible and the "supervisor" is not any nicer. The front desk agents will do the minimum amount of work for the customer. "Well, the front desk agent should've..." NO! This is the point where you APOLOGIZE for the misgivings of your coworkers. Whether you like it or not, every person working for your company represents your company as a whole. Unfortunately there is no alternative to CFPU.
