Worst experience ever repairing my car.
They left rust spots all over the new paint, promised to repair and then never did. I had to pay over $2,000 for a poor job. Additionally if I did not take my car off the premises they said I would be charged 35 dlls per day. When my car was reassembled they left scratches and parts loose that fell or flew off later. General Manager John in Wilmington is rude and has no knowledge about service at all. Mary the receptionist never followed up with insurance company. I am greatly disappointed and do not recommend Car Star collision service at all!!!!!
If you want to get ripped off and then ignored with your car half done then that is the place. I believe they should have been interested in doing a good job and having a happy client but they are not interested in the customer at all.
