Extremely disappointed, especially since Dr. Cooper had such a good reputation. Outdated practice, outdated building, outdated equipment, outdated staff, but most of all, outdated methods. I am sorry that you are being forced into retirement because of failing eyesight, but it's time. Seems like you couldn't let go of the door knob long enough to listen to us. We were glad when Dr. Cooper referred us to Glenn Mead Center for Women's Health. What a difference. I would recommend them too like Dr. Cooper did, especially now that they can handle all needs from infertility to birth!
