The food and the service provided was great..I have been their for breakfast and lunch and the staff has welcomed me as I entered the door. Iam glad we have them in our city

My wife and I enjoyed the food and service very much. The Nachos were delicious. I will say it was loud but the manager suggested we sit in the added on room and it was much better.

i too had a negative experience at your new wilmington location. i was thrilled to see it open but wont go back. Food was fine but got seated under an air vent which was blowing cold air down our necks, got moved but saw 5 other customers get seated in the same place and had to be moved also! No one could be bothered to move the 2 seat table! Service was so so, but the loud music and kitchen staff yelling above the music made for an unpleasant lunch, couldnt wait to get out of there, obviously this location is catering to the college kids in the area who dont care about that. So disappointed, guess we'll have to travel back to Sneads Ferry for our philly steak sandwhich, which is btw the best ive ever eaten!

The preparation of the food is not very good, obviously there's no one checking orders before they're taking to the tables.

Unfortunately not a good experience. The food was ice cold. Waffle was awful..........peanut butter chocolate pancakes did not live up to the picture in the menu.....Hopefully food will get better.....But hay...we got a bunch of grabb bags for four the price of 50 bucks.(price of meal)...Overall experience sucked.
