STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER



There are many fine builders in the Wilmington/Jacksonville NC area, this is not one of them. We have been dealing with sheetrock and tile repair for years, recently our foundation failed and the builder Dean Hardison refuses to stand behind his expressed structural warranty. We found construction debris as well as a stump in the foundation while we were repairing the foundation. If you decide to deal with Hardison Building by sure to have your own engineer on site during the construction of your home. Be careful not to accept a 3rd party warranty, have your lawyer write up a 10 year structural warranty with the builder making him accountable to a trail by jury not through arbitration.
