Worse color and haircut I've ever had! They are trying to "sell' you everything in the store because Zell works part-time. How can they expect to keep clients with the WORSE fried out color and horrible cuts... I don't think so! $160.00 for touch up and cut? NO...even if it were ever GREAT, that is still too high. They let go of the manicurist that was awesome for organic facials? What? What a bad idea...they still think they are a New York salon with high New York prices in Wilmington. They are also talking about you behind your backs..it's just how they 'roll' . I listened when they did not know I was around the corner. It was a BAD day when I walked out with a man's style haircut and fried out color...They also get plenty of cancellations as I sat there for 2 hours. So, there is NOT that much business there. They also try to sell you things you don't need or want...always on the up-sell with that old New York voice...YUCK. Don't waste your money and time. It will take months to get your hair healthy once again...I am proof of that. It's to bad they don't enjoy, like or respect their clients like they love each other. Too much gossip for a small salon...all unnecessary.

You will love the salon!! Everyone there is so friendly and professional. Makes me feel like a princess. Love the way Joseph does my hair--he is terrific at color!! One of the few stylists that listen, too.

I absolutely love my hair cut and the entire experience was great. The salon was spotless, the staff was extremely attentive and friendly, Joseph Zell did a wonderful job! I scheduled another appointment there for a facial and WOW - I can't wait to go back! I am extremely happy with this salon!

Snobby and impersonal. Paid A LOT of $$$ for hair extensions that started falling out THE NEXT DAY. When contacting the salon they refused to give me a refund because they said I didn't properly care for my hair even though I followed their instructions to the "T." The salon that fixed them said it was not the first time they had seen someone come in from Josepf Zell with this problem, and was able to help me out. But needless to say I am out a small fortune for what I hesitated with, but was assured that it would be a rewarding choice. Buyer beware!
