These groomers need to find another line of work. They don't listen to how you want your dog to look and did the exact opposite of what I asked for. I don't think they know how to do but one style. I'm stuck with their work for months and months...my pup looks awful

I have nothing but great things to say about K&K grooming. They have been grooming both my long hair dog and cat and they always come home looking and feeling great.

Awful place, very unprofessional I suggest you never go there!! They shaved my cat even though it was noted in my file to never do so! They also never contacted me to discus and confirm and I am the owner of the cat!!! My cay had a couple of mats that needed to be cut out. They ended up shaving my entire cat in a so call lion cut!! Yikes. My cat is a long hair Persian....totally unacceptable!!!!! My poor cat is very sensitive to begin with and is now traumatized beyond belief!!! She hides all day and will not let me touch her at all!! They also cut her in several places that are just now starting to scab over!! Stay away from this establishment if you value the health of your animal!!!!!

when they make mistakes, they do not tell you. my dog always comes back with abnormal activity and usually gets sick when he returns. I will not return my little guy back there EVER!

I think this is a wonderful grooming experience for your animal. The staff is very friendly and understanding! I would recommend this grooming shop to anyone.

Kim is such a wonderful person. She treats my dogs like they were her own. She is very personable and really tries to work with her customers. The grooming is phenominal and I wouldn't take my doggies anywhere else.

I have been very pleased with the consistantly good service I have received over the past 5 years. I trust them to care for both of my dogs on a regular basis. Katy and Odie are always very excited to see the girls at K & K!
