Compared to other automotive repairs in Wilmington they're very reasonable.

Awful customer service. I took my vehicle in for a repair to my window. The service guy suspected that it was my regulator, as did I. They replaced the motor instead and the regulator died 3 days later. They wanted me to pay for the labor once again. After objecting to paying the labor twice for a problem that should have been fixed the first time, the owner yelled at me over the phone, treating me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I will never recommend this business or go there again.

I had my car towed to Karl's Auto Repair. They replaced the starter and alighned my car. However, when I picked my car up my air condition did not work and the knob on my gear shift fell off. No, I will not use or recommend Karl's ever again.

Great Service. Great prices. Best automotive repair in the Wilmington area.
