Please listen to me when I say this, don't go to Low Range 4x4! I've been here 3 times and every single time I've been there the employees attitudes were horrible! They were short with me, disrespectful, and they acted like it was a burden to work on my vehicle. I like when a 4x4 Shop employee is enthusiastic and excited about working on my vehicle. Not rolling their eyes and shaking there head. Prices are ridiculous too. So again if you want a shop that's honest and works on vehicles because that's their passion, Low Range 4x4 is not the place to go to.

I was recommended to Low Range 4x4 by a friend. I had a bad set up on my truck causing multiple parts to wear at an accelerated rate. I went to the shop and talked to Josh about the issues I was having. He took a look at my vehicle and within minutes he narrowed down a few solutions and informed me of the pro's and con's of both routes. I went ahead and had them install a lift a week later. Not once did I doubt their abilities and felt very comfortable with the quality of work. They did their work expeditiously and I had my truck back to me before the day was over. I am thoroughly impressed by the knowledge and creativity these guys have and their ability to apply it resulting in great product output. I would definitely recommend this business for all of your off-road needs.

Had a lift installed here. During all conversations before, during, & after, the staff seem to be unwilling to help, unknowledgeable, inconvenienced! During multiple conversations stated work was going to be completed in one way, installed a completely different way - Incorrectly! They do not offer options/suggestions as you would expect a knowledgable 4x4 shop to do, more so, I don't know what to do but if you the customer can do all the leg work & tell us what to do, well then maybe we can do it, & even then not do what they stated they were going to do! Very disappointed!!!
