Lori should not even be in the customer service position, her supervisor does not even know what she is doing and there is no communication between them.
Hi, I assume this is in regards to the water heater that went out on Saturday and was replaced today (Monday). Unfortunately we couldn't get that brand over the weekend and we're sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately when a home has been vacant for a while and you bring a water heater back online if it was close to going bad that will usually put it over the top (usually happens with AC's) it's for that reason we try very hard to move tenants in a few days before their required date at no charge so we can fix these issues since they are so common. As Lori's supervisor I actually dispatched the contractor this weekend. Finally, it is a great idea to make sure everything is the way you want it before you secure a property and we actually state so several times before you apply. If there were issues at move in most would have existed prior to application and upon researching I didn't find any pre move in repair requests. I did find where we sent our standard note though.. "Also we want to confirm that you have indeed been inside the home and viewed it yourself. Finally, if there are any repairs or upgrades we want to discuss these with the owner prior to putting together a lease as they are rarely motivated to do much outside of what's required after that time. Thanks!" ** Also this review was changed to 5 stars on Google after we explained the situation.

Provided by YP.comI wanted to mention how happy my wife and I have been with the service we have received for the past 9 months or so. We just a major winter storm that caused a small tree to fall on the fence and knock it down. That made it possible for my dog to escape, but Victory had it handled as soon as the weather cleared up. They removed the tree and fixed the fence and we're back to normal.
