WOW!!! I am a business owner in Texas and this company has to be the worst SCAM I have ever experienced!

Do NOT advertise with N2 Publishing! Not only will they attempt to put you into a restrictive and PREDATORY contract-that they say you cannot get out of even if their ads dont work. But they then will refuse to talk to you when you have a complaint of an issue with their service!

Do NOT waste your money or your time!

Completely agree with other reports, absolutley not one call, or customer walk in, with over a year of advertising with this company. Total waste of money. We advertise with other similar publications in our area with great results. The rep for this publication was verbally untruthful when relaying how many responses other businesses recieve from the magazine, after talking with several other advertisers (to late, I admit, my mistake) found they where having the same negative experience. REALLY FUNNY TO READ THE RESPONSE FROM ONE OF THE N2 FRANCHISE OWNERS WHEN SAYING, "WE DON'T CONTROL YOUR REPUTATION, SALES, MANAGEMENT, PRICING, ETC."

Same response we got, except a bit worse I would imagine, when we had a meeting with the N2 franchise owner about the lack of performance with his publication. Actually had to throw him out of our store when he started yelling profanity during the meeting, with customers on the floor, he was completely unprofessional, rude and almost got more than thrown out by a first time customer witnessing the temper tantrum.

Our business has a great reputation, all positive feedback on our google reviews, facebook, CC, etc. and our customers keep coming back, which is more that I can say we will do with N2.

This is a terrible waste of advertising dollars and would not reccommend to my worst enemy!!

My company advertised through ...

My company advertised through N2Pub in 3 local communities. Things went well until our local rep moved. Our local rep was replaced by 3 reps (one for each community). 2 of the 3 reps never even contacted us and we didn't find out we had 3 reps until our ads were completely botched. N2Pub took a hard stance that we signed a contract and they would not allow us to cancel services. There has been an obvious breech of contract (and poor business practice as well). Unfortunately I will now have to proceed legally to resolve this issue.
