I wish there was a rating lower than one star for the experience I had yesterday: I was the first customer of the day and really excited to get get a pedicure for my daughter's wedding. The experience was HORRIFIC. The employee spent 30 of the 45 minutes I was there texting on her phone with one wet gloved hand and mindlessly rubbing my foot with the other hand. She paid no attention to what she was doing. The French manicure was a mess!! Thick layers of paint, she left paint on my skin. She left wet towel on my legs (which quickly turned ice cold) while she finished another text. The French lines were thick and amateur at best. Just horrible!! I was charged almost $50 for this. I didn't want to make a scene so I sucked it up, BUT I hope AND PRAY one of the managers see the error in her ways and find someone else. It was my first time and sadly my last. I live so close to there, so sad I must travel further now.
