This is a great company! From start to finish my rental experience was one of the best I have ever had. Beth and Traci were helpful and took the time to explain everything to me even if I asked over and over again. Beth took the time out of what I saw was a very busy day to talk to me about schools in the area as well as things to see and do. Rental was nice and every time I called in for help it was handled quickly. I would definitely recommend these folks. They really do care about the renters.

Recently had an ac repair issue that I called in about. Spoke with Beth about issue. She assured it would be handled. By the end of the day I had heard nothing. Called her back and she was rude. Stated that she had already told me it would handled. I few moments later I heard from the owner who told me that he had only just been contacted about issue. Was also called by repair company who told me it was too late to fix my ac that day. When I called Beth back to find out if she could call another company she was very rude and dismissive to me and the issue. If you can find another company to rent from do it. Do not use this company.
