Professional, friendly staff! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else! I refer my family here which says a lot!

Update: I originally gave this review 1 star this morning as I spent a few hours in their shop, come to find out that the communication was not what it should have been between their shop and (us) the customer. We finally were given more information that there was a problem with the computer. This problem originated with Volkswagen a year ago, so it 's not really Performance Auto's fault that the computer was not working properly to begin with. I also asked them to give me a loaner car and finally after an hour of pleeding, they decided to give me one. My car is now in the hands of Volkswagen for them to fix the problem.

I have been going on and off for almost 6 Months. They have been very on spot with every thing I have had to have done. I appreciate their knowledge and Fast, Friendly Demeanor. I would appreciate it if they offered a discount after you have spent up to a certain amount with them. I know we are all just trying to get paid but your car can rack up some major expenses. A brake every know and again would certainly show how much they appreciated their return customers. They have been Great! Thanks John for working out that last payment. CarcareOne is a great find as well. Thanks for steering me to them.

I've been going here for about 2 years now, best place to go for any service! Tremendous customer service. Family run business who make you feel like part of the family, always remember your name and your car. Unlike most places they are straightforward and honest about what work needs to be done. Highly recommended for any car needs.

Great customer service. Reps conduct themselves with compassion for their customers and a desire to resolve their issues honestly, accurately, and efficiently. Pricing is also very reasonable. The only tough part can be the wait time due to how busy they get! Highly recommend.

This place is amazing, they truly take care of me every time I come in. They take care of me and make sure that my car will get me home to KY anytime that I need. I have no complaints what so ever. Chris is an amazing help and I could not be more thankful for the great service they provide. :)

Just moved to Wilmington from NY & was in search of a reliable mechanic for my Audi. Checked out PAS based on their YP reviews and they did not disappoint! Clean, comfortable waiting area with big screen TV & complimentary refreshments plus friendly, knowledgable staff. Much cheaper than dealer & more trustworthy than quick lube places.

Just had my brake pads replaced here. Friendly, low-pressure environment. Timely service and low rates. I'll be coming back next time my car needs work! Definitely not the kind of place to trick you into more work on your vehicle only to make a buck. Can't say enough about how pleased I was!

I walked in, in dire need of an oil change, and they were happy to squeeze me in their already packed schedule! Great company! They care about their customers and that makes a HUGE difference!

These are the best people to take your vehicle to. They found out what was wrong with my Subaru quickly. They had the parts ordered and my car back on the road in less than 24 hours. They even fixed a problem they found without charging me. This is a company that thinks of their customers first and foremost.

Grrat place to go to customers service was outstanding everyone eas very hrlpful and would recommend this place to anyone.

I went in for a state inspection on my car, and they found i had a bad tire rod that needed to be fixed ASAP! This whole time i was putting my life at risk but thanks to the professionals at this garage, i was able to fix my car and at a SUPER DEAL!!!!! These guys are AWESOME!
